EvalYouth ECA organized several webinars around evaluation themes and based on the needs of young and emerging evaluators from ECA region. The main goals of the webinars were knowledge building and promotion of EY ECA. It also aimed to build partnerships as the invited speakers were from regional and national VOPEs and representatives of country UN agencies.
