The workshop was organised in partnership with the Eurasian Alliance of National Evaluation Associations, Office for Persons with Disabilities Rights, with the support of EvalPartners and IOCE
Goal: to discuss a policy evaluation toolkit to be used by evaluators, civil society activists and other stakeholders to monitor the results of policy development / implementation, taking into account the principles of democracy, human rights and participatory governance.
